This is a final illustration project for one of my classes last Friday. I worked on it for 12 hours strait. 14 hours if you include the food and bathroom breaks. just LOOKING at this makes me sleepy urg.

The prompt for my illutration project was "octopus" [everyone else got something different]. The idea behind this was that octopuses remind me of noodles and I just... kinda ran with it. This was the result.

The project could have been in any medium of our choice. I chose digital because it's the medium I'm most comfortable with and because if I didn't, absolutely NO sleep would have been had [yay 3 hours].

What you see here is a slightly different version from the one I turned in. Just did a few minor tweaks that I didn't have the energy to do Friday morning.

I ate like 5 cups of ramen within 3 days [that's a lot for me] while working on this. The noodle references I had to look at were pure torture. In fact I'll go make a cup right now. Mmm.
